The 2025 Cadillac Lyriq is a luxury electric vehicle with the body of an SUV. When comparing it to other vehicles in its class, the Audi Q8 E-Tron, Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV, and Tesla Model X come to mind.

As for its performance as an SUV, the 2025 Cadillac Lyriq is outstanding and arguably the best model in the brand’s lineup. It excels in design, features, technology, and range, earning an impressive 8.2 rating on the TCC scale.

In terms of updates for the 2025 model year, the Lyriq sees minor tweaks such as standard two-position memory for the front passenger seat and additional ambient interior color options. The lineup has also been streamlined to include Luxury 1, 2, and 3 as well as Sport 1, 2, and 3 models.

The Lyriq boasts a unique and stylish design with SUV-esque proportions and a wagon-like body. It combines classic Cadillac elements with modern touches, providing a luxurious and elegant interior that sets it apart from its competitors.

With a rear-wheel-drive option producing 340 hp and an all-wheel-drive model reaching 500 hp, the Lyriq offers a powerful and smooth driving experience. Despite its weight of around 6,000 pounds, it handles well and is efficient on the road, making it a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

Both rear and all-wheel-drive models of the Lyriq have a range of over 300 miles, with the rear-wheel-drive version achieving an impressive 2.8 miles/kwh efficiency. The interior is spacious and well-appointed, with ample room for passengers and cargo.

The 2025 Cadillac Lyriq starts at $60,615 in the base Luxury 1 trim, offering a range of premium features such as heated and cooled synthetic leather seats, a wireless charging pad, panoramic sunroof, and 20-inch alloy wheels. The top-of-the-line Sport 3 model is priced at $72,390, with options available to customize and enhance the vehicle further.
