AICC, known for its expertise in intelligent connected vehicle solutions, offers tailored ADAS solutions and integrated hardware-software systems to automakers. The company’s platform-based approach supports the development of standardized industry platforms and facilitates the deployment of ADAS features on a large scale.

On the other hand, Nullmax specializes in cutting-edge computer vision and deep learning technologies. The company has developed MAX, a full-stack driver-assistance platform, as well as Nullmax Intelligence, a next-generation autonomous driving technology that employs a pure vision approach and multi-modal fusion for real-world applications.

Through their collaboration, AICC and Nullmax plan to integrate end-to-end simulation and model training platforms, establish a comprehensive data loop system, optimize algorithm engineering processes, and accelerate the productization of core algorithms. Additionally, the partnership will explore the practical deployment of end-to-end planning and control algorithms in commercial projects, paving the way for innovative technologies to be implemented in real-world scenarios.

“Nullmax’s expertise in data-driven platforms and algorithm optimization complements our strengths in computing platforms and development toolchains,” said Cong Wei, CEO of AICC. “This collaboration will bridge the gap between technical validation and scaled deployment of ADAS technologies.”
