GAC Group Reports Strong October Sales Performance
Beijing (Gasgoo)- GAC Group experienced a significant increase in sales for October 2024, with total vehicle retail sales reaching 191,000 vehicles, representing an 8.3% increase month-over-month.
GAC Toyota reported monthly retail sales of 78,877 vehicles in October, marking an 11.8% increase month over month. The Camry achieved record sales of 18,647 units, while the Highlander and Sienna recorded sales of 8,043 units and 8,374 units respectively.
GAC Honda, another Japanese joint venture of GAC Group, recorded sales of 42,371 vehicles in October, achieving a 20.6% month-on-month growth.
GAC AION, the group’s new energy vehicle arm, sold 38,152 vehicles in October. Additionally, the Trumpchi brand sold 35,152 vehicles, with 15,968 units being MPVs.
For the first ten months of 2024, GAC Group exported a total of 105,000 vehicles, marking an impressive 86.3% year-on-year surge.
