XPENG Expands Presence in UAE with Launch of G6 and G9 Models

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer XPENG has officially entered the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market with the launch of its G6 and G9 models. The launch event, which took place in Dubai in collaboration with Ali & Sons Holding LLC, marks a significant milestone for XPENG as it strengthens its strategic presence in the region.

Ali & Sons Holding LLC, a leading automotive company established in Abu Dhabi in 1979, represents renowned brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Skoda. Leveraging Ali & Sons’ extensive market experience and local influence, XPENG aims to establish a strong foothold in the UAE market by leveraging its smart vehicle technologies to create a competitive edge. Through a partnership with Ali & Sons’ subsidiary GSM, XPENG has swiftly established a sales channel in the UAE.

Moving forward, XPENG and Ali & Sons plan to develop a comprehensive sales network across the UAE, with intentions to introduce the XPENG X9 model to diversify the local product lineup. The partners have also announced plans to open a new showroom in Abu Dhabi in the coming year.

In addition to the UAE, XPENG has been actively expanding its presence in other markets in the Middle East and Africa, including Israel, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. The company has already established a strong presence in the premium electric SUV segment in the UAE and is poised to continue its global expansion strategy.

With a focus on regions such as Europe, ASEAN, the Middle East, Latin America, and Oceania, XPENG is driving the future of smart electric mobility on a global scale. The company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability positions it as a key player in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market.
