The 2025 Ford Escape is making a splash in the crossover SUV market this year by offering a more affordable starting price. Priced at $29,645, the base model of the 2025 Ford Escape is once again a sub-$30,000 option, which is about $1,500 cheaper than the previous year’s model. While the base model may not be as well-equipped as some of its competitors, it still offers a range of choices and features that make it a solid option for budget-conscious buyers.

The base Escape Active comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, cloth seats with manual adjustment, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen that includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Ford also includes a basic 3-year/36,000-mile warranty for added peace of mind. For those looking for all-wheel drive, it is available for an additional $1,400. If you’re interested in a hybrid option, you’ll need to upgrade to the ST-Line trim level.

When it comes to choosing the right Ford Escape model, the base Escape Active with a $995 package that adds adaptive cruise control and a 13.2-inch touchscreen is a good value. For an extra $995, you can also add heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and remote start. However, the ST-Line Select Hybrid and ST-Line Plus models may not offer the best value, as they come with a higher price tag and limited features.

For those looking for a fully loaded Ford Escape, the Plug-In Hybrid is available in a single trim level starting at $39,895. With options like a power-adjustable passenger seat, a surround-view camera system, and a B&O audio system available in a package for $4,530, you can customize your Escape to suit your preferences. With additional features like extra-cost paint and a sunroof, you can build a fully loaded Escape for $47,000 or more, although all-wheel drive is not available for this model.

In conclusion, the 2025 Ford Escape offers a range of options to suit different budgets and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a budget-friendly base model or a fully loaded Plug-In Hybrid, there is a Ford Escape model for everyone. With its competitive pricing and variety of features, the 2025 Ford Escape is a strong contender in the crossover SUV market.
