Jeep has announced some exciting news for SUV enthusiasts with the release of the 2025 Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer models. The best part? These new models come with significant price cuts compared to their 2024 counterparts.
The base Wagoneer now starts at $61,495, which is $3,000 less than the previous year. The Series II grade is even more affordable at $65,945, a discount of $5,185. Adding four-wheel drive will cost an additional $3,000 on both base models, but it comes standard on the Wagoneer Series III, which now starts at $75,945 after a $5,685 price cut.
For those interested in the long-wheelbase Wagoneer L, the base version is now priced at $64,945 for rear-wheel drive and $67,945 for four-wheel drive, both $3,000 less than before. The Series II and Series III grades also see price cuts of $5,185 and $5,685, respectively.
Moving on to the Grand Wagoneer models, the base Grand Wagoneer now starts at $86,945, a $7,000 discount from the previous year. The Series II Obsidian grade is priced at $100,945, $5,495 less than before, while the top-tier Series III comes in at $109,945 after a $4,650 price cut.
Both the standard-wheelbase Grand Wagoneer and the Grand Wagoneer L are only available with four-wheel drive. The Grand Wagoneer L versions are priced $3,000 higher than their standard counterparts, but they also benefit from the same price cuts.
In addition to the lower prices, Jeep has also added more standard features for the 2025 models. The Wagoneer now comes with 20-inch wheels, lane-following assist, and adaptive cruise control, while the Grand Wagoneer includes 22-inch wheels, a front-passenger display, a driver-attention monitor, and intersection collision assist as standard. A hands-free driver-assist system is now optional on certain Grand Wagoneer models.
Under the hood, both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are powered by a twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-6 engine. The high-output version, which is optional on the Wagoneer and standard on the Grand Wagoneer, has received a 30-hp boost to 540 hp for the 2025 models.
Production of the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer is taking place in Warren, Michigan, with an expected arrival at dealerships by the end of the 2024 calendar year. With these lower prices, Jeep aims to make their SUVs more competitive against rivals like the Chevrolet Tahoe and Ford Expedition. Additionally, the new models have excelled in IIHS crash tests, further solidifying their position in the market.
