The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a versatile luxury vehicle that comes in both sedan and wagon options, competing with the likes of the BMW 5-Series, Audi A6, and Volvo S90. With several powertrain choices available, the E-Class offers a fine driving experience that is hard to beat.

One of the standout features of the E-Class is its spectacular cabin, which boasts high-quality materials and a wealth of tech features. The ride quality is absorbent, providing a smooth and comfortable driving experience. Currently rated at 7.0 out of 10, the E-Class has the potential to climb higher once crash tests are performed.

The lineup of the E-Class has recently expanded to include a new rear-wheel-drive version of the E 350 and the E 53 AMG plug-in hybrid. Additionally, a front center airbag is now standard, and synthetic leather steering wheel trim is available as an option.

The E-Class is available in sedan and wagon body styles, with the wagon version being offered as the All-Terrain model with a higher ride height and rugged styling elements. Both body styles feature a bold exterior design and a spacious interior with modern styling.

The E 350 model is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo-4 engine that produces 255 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque, with the addition of a 48-volt mild-hybrid system for improved efficiency. For those seeking more power, the E 450 offers a 3.0-liter turbo-6 engine with 375 hp. Both models come with a 9-speed automatic transmission and offer a balanced driving experience that is both comfortable and capable.

For those looking for even more performance, the AMG-tuned E 53 model offers up to 604 hp from its turbo-6 engine, providing exhilarating acceleration and handling. The E-Class also offers impressive fuel efficiency, with the base E 350 model achieving nearly 30 mpg combined.

Inside, the E-Class features a tech-heavy interior with a variety of customization options for materials and trim finishes. However, the trunk space is limited at 12.7 cubic feet, which may be a drawback for some buyers.

In terms of safety features, the E-Class comes with a decent level of crash-avoidance technology, including automatic emergency braking and a surround-view camera system. Optional features include adaptive cruise control and hands-free driving capabilities.

Pricing for the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class starts at $63,600 for the base E350 model, which comes well-equipped with a range of features. The E-Class is made in Germany, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Overall, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a top contender in the luxury midsize segment, offering a blend of performance, comfort, and technology that is hard to match.
