The 2025 Subaru Crosstrek continues to impress with its affordability and capability, offering a range of features that make it a standout in the small crossover segment. With a starting price of $27,115, the carryover Crosstrek remains competitively priced compared to its AWD rivals.

One of the most notable updates for the 2025 model year is the addition of the 2.5-liter flat-4 engine to the Premium trim level, delivering a robust 182 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque. This upgrade provides a significant performance boost compared to the base model, which is powered by a 2.0-liter flat-4 engine rated at 152 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. All Crosstrek models come equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) and standard all-wheel drive.

In terms of safety and technology features, the 2025 Crosstrek comes standard with Subaru’s EyeSight driver-assist suite, which includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, active lane control, and adaptive cruise control. Blind-spot monitors are available on all trims except the base model. The vehicle also boasts a range of convenience features, such as twin 7.0-inch touchscreens with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, as well as 17-inch alloy wheels.

The Premium trim level, priced at $28,365, offers additional enhancements such as an 11.6-inch touchscreen, front and rear USB-A and USB-C charging ports, LED fog lights, roof rails, and keyless access and start. The optional all-weather package adds a power driver seat, heated front seats and windshield, a sunroof, and blind-spot monitors for added comfort and convenience.

For those looking for a more rugged and adventurous driving experience, the Crosstrek Wilderness trim level is the top choice, priced at $33,915. With off-road-oriented features like improved approach and departure angles, longer coil springs, increased ground clearance, and all-terrain tires, the Wilderness is designed to tackle challenging terrain with ease.
