Dongfeng Motor Opens New Commercial Vehicle 4S Store in Kyrgyzstan

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Dongfeng Motor’s Central Asia regional marketing center, under its commercial vehicle overseas sales department, recently celebrated the inauguration of a new 4S store in Kyrgyzstan. The company made the announcement on WeChat on March 19.

The grand opening of the store included the signing of an order for 15 Dongfeng Motor’s commercial vehicles. The Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan commended the cooperation, highlighting its importance within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

This launch signifies a significant milestone in Dongfeng Motor’s strategic expansion within the BRI markets. The 4S store, serving as a vital service center in the region, offers vehicle sales, parts warehousing, smart diagnostics, and technical training, catering not only to Kyrgyzstan but also to neighboring markets like Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

With a focus on enhancing regional logistics efficiency, Dongfeng Motor’s localized operations and technical expertise are poised to benefit various sectors, from cross-border transport fleets in the Pamir Plateau to agricultural supply trucks in Chüy Valley, facilitating Kyrgyzstan’s integration into the Eurasian transport network.

Since the inception of the BRI in 2013, Dongfeng Motor has transitioned from being a vehicle exporter to offering a complete value chain. The company has set up a KD assembly plant in Kazakhstan, introduced new energy light-duty trucks in Pakistan, and developed a digital service cloud platform in the UAE.
