Volkswagen Polo GTI Review 2025, Price & Specs

The Volkswagen Polo GTI may not scream “sporty” at first glance, but underneath its conservative exterior lies a powerhouse of performance. While the cabin may not boast flashy design elements, it is well-equipped and comfortable for drivers and passengers alike.

The interior of the Polo GTI is similar to the standard Polo, with the only noticeable differences being the Jacara cloth upholstery, sports seats, and GTI badging. The touchscreen display, although slightly outdated, is functional and can be upgraded to a larger size for an additional cost. The digital dial display has been expanded to 10.25 inches, offering a more modern touch to the interior.

For those who appreciate a more traditional approach to car design, the physical control panel for the climate system will be a welcome sight. The sports seats provide adequate support and comfort, although some may find themselves sitting slightly higher than desired. The driving position, however, is well-adjusted for optimal comfort and control.

In terms of space, the rear seats can accommodate two adults comfortably, although taller individuals may feel a bit cramped. The boot space is impressive, offering 355 liters with the seats up and 1125 liters with the seats folded down. The adjustable boot floor and bag hooks make loading and unloading a breeze, ensuring that your belongings stay secure even on winding roads.

Overall, the Volkswagen Polo GTI may not be the flashiest car on the road, but its performance capabilities and practical interior make it a top contender in its class. Whether you’re a tech-savvy driver or a traditionalist, the Polo GTI offers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience for all.
