Xpeng, a leading Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker, continues to see strong performance in its monthly deliveries, with the Mona M03 and X9 MPV leading the way in May.

The Mona M03, Xpeng’s lowest-priced model, delivered 10,900 units in May, marking the ninth consecutive month of exceeding 10,000 units. While this represents a slight decrease from April, it still accounted for 32.51 percent of Xpeng’s total deliveries for the month. Since its launch in August 2024, the Mona M03 has been a consistent performer for the company, contributing 44.43 percent of Xpeng’s deliveries from January to May 2025.

In addition to the Mona M03, Xpeng offers a range of other models, including the P7+ sedan, G6 SUV, G9 SUV, X9 MPV, and P7 series sedans. The X9 MPV delivered 3,227 units in May, the second-highest monthly figure on record. This represents a significant year-on-year increase and a strong month-on-month growth rate. Xpeng recently unveiled the 2025 model year X9 and plans to launch the MPV model in Europe later this year.

The Xpeng G6 SUV also saw strong performance in May, delivering 7,951 units, marking a year-on-year increase of 136.50 percent. The G6 accounted for 23.72 percent of Xpeng’s May deliveries, making it the company’s second-best-selling model. Xpeng launched updated versions of the G6 and G9 SUVs in March, featuring upgraded configurations and reduced prices.

The P7+ sedan delivered 6,601 units in May, while the G9 SUV delivered 4,221 units. Both models saw year-on-year and month-on-month growth, further contributing to Xpeng’s overall success in the EV market.
