Kia has introduced a new all-in-one app for its customers in Europe, consolidating five existing digital platforms into a single platform for vehicle control, charging, and maintenance. This marks Kia’s first regional launch outside Korea, showcasing the brand’s dedication to digital innovation.

The Kia App offers a seamless experience for users with a single sign-in, providing a range of features to enhance connectivity, charging, and vehicle maintenance. The backend infrastructure of the app is designed to be stable and secure, with all customer data hosted within Europe.

Marc Hedrich, President, and CEO of Kia Europe, emphasized the significance of the new app, stating that it goes beyond being just a digital tool and serves as a gateway to a smarter and more connected mobility experience. By combining multiple services into one powerful app, Kia aims to make interactions with their vehicles more efficient and tailored to customers’ lifestyles.

Key features of the Kia App include remote vehicle control, navigation tools, EV route planning, charging management, and maintenance services. Users can start their car, adjust climate settings, check charging status, locate charging stations, manage contracts and tariffs, book services online, and access digital service records and manuals.

Existing users can easily transition to the new Kia App by logging in with their current Kia account credentials, ensuring that their data and settings are preserved. The app also supports shared access, allowing multiple drivers to use the same account.

Kia plans to further enhance the app by introducing features for business customers and fleet managers, as well as offering flexible mobility solutions through Kia Drive. In April 2025, Kia introduced its AI voice assistant for EV3 drivers, enhancing voice control, connectivity, entertainment, and navigation features.

Overall, the Kia App represents a significant step towards a more integrated and user-friendly digital experience for Kia customers in Europe. The app’s comprehensive suite of features and user-friendly interface make it a valuable tool for managing and optimizing the use of Kia vehicles.
