The 2026 GMC Sierra EV is making waves in the electric truck market with its affordability and impressive capabilities. The latest model is now priced at $27,500 less than the outgoing model, with new deals and discounts making it even more accessible to consumers.

GMC has introduced new variants for the 2026 Sierra EV, including the Elevation and AT4 trims, positioning the electric pickup as a competitive option in the premium truck market. The base Elevation trim starts at $64,495, a significant price drop from the previous Denali edition, which had a base price of $92,290.

With lease deals starting at just $559 per month for the 4WD Elevation model, the 2026 Sierra EV is becoming a more attractive option for those looking to go electric. The offer includes a 36-month lease with $5,599 due at signing, based on an MSRP of $64,495, but is only available until June 30, 2025.

The new Sierra EV comes with three battery pack options: Standard, Extended, and Max Range, offering up to 478 miles of range. The electric powertrain delivers best-in-class performance, with the base Elevation trim boasting up to 605 horsepower and a towing capacity of 12,300 lbs.

Additional features include GMC’s MultiPro Tailgate, a versatile tailgate system with six different configurations, making hauling easier than ever. Inside, the Sierra EV features a 16.8″ infotainment system with Google built-in, while GM’s Super Cruise hands-free driver assistance system comes standard on AT4 and Denali trims.

The AT4 model offers enhanced off-road capabilities, with 2″ of ground clearance, a lifted coil suspension, perimeter grille illumination, and 35″ all-terrain tires. It also includes an exclusive Terrain Mode that optimizes torque and control using GM’s advanced software.

With DC fast charging speeds of up to 350 kW, the 2026 Sierra EV can gain about 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes. For those considering an electric pickup, the Silverado EV from Chevy, which also received lease price cuts, is another option worth exploring.
