Leapmotor (HKG: 9863) is set to kick off pre-sales of the updated C11 SUV model, marking yet another milestone in its aggressive product launch strategy. Since its initial release in September 2021, the C11 has been a top-seller, with an impressive 251,862 units sold to date.

The latest iteration of the C11 comes with some notable upgrades, as confirmed by a filing in China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The new model will retain its existing BEV and EREV variants, catering to a wide range of consumers with different preferences.

In terms of dimensions, the C11 measures 4,780 mm in length, 1,905 mm in width, and 1,658 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,930 mm. While the height has been slightly modified from its predecessor at 1,675 mm, all other dimensions remain consistent.

The BEV version of the updated C11 is equipped with a powerful motor delivering 220 kW of peak power, surpassing the previous generation’s 200 kW. On the other hand, the EREV variant boasts a motor with a peak power output of 200 kW.

Leapmotor’s current lineup in China includes models like the T03, B10, C01, C10, C11, and C16. While the T03 and B10 are exclusively available as BEVs, the other models offer both BEV and EREV options to cater to diverse consumer needs.

With the introduction of the updated C11, Leapmotor continues its streak of launching refreshed or new models this year. The company has already unveiled updated versions of the C16 SUV, C10 SUV, T03, and the all-new B10 SUV, showcasing its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

As of the end of June, Leapmotor has delivered a total of 821,212 vehicles since its inception, highlighting its growing presence and popularity in the electric vehicle market. With the updated C11 set to hit the market soon, the company is poised to further solidify its position as a key player in the industry.
