Huawei and BAIC’s joint brand Stelato is set to launch the S9T station wagon in showrooms by the end of this month. The announcement was made by Peng Lei, product director of Huawei’s Zhixuan business, in response to a user’s query on Weibo.

Stelato revealed on July 31 that the S9T will officially debut in September. This model is part of Stelato’s lineup, which is one of the five automotive brands operating under the Huawei HIMA (Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance) umbrella. The other brands include Aito from Seres, Luxeed from Chery, Maextro from JAC, and Shangjie from SAIC.

The current flagship model for Stelato is the S9, a premium sedan that was launched on August 6, 2024. With a starting price of RMB 399,800 ($55,700), the S9 targets the high-end sedan market segment.

Stelato initiated the pre-launch campaign for the S9T by sharing the first official images of the station wagon on July 14. This move generated excitement among automotive enthusiasts and potential buyers eagerly awaiting the new model’s arrival in showrooms.

As Stelato prepares to introduce the S9T to the market, customers can expect a blend of cutting-edge technology, innovative design, and premium features. The brand’s collaboration with Huawei and BAIC signals a commitment to delivering exceptional vehicles that combine performance, style, and sustainability.
