Zeekr, a leading electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has achieved a remarkable milestone with its latest release, the Zeekr 7X electric SUV. In just 25 days since its launch on September 20, deliveries of the Zeekr 7X have surpassed an impressive 10,000 units, making it the fastest delivery of a luxury EV in China’s market.

The Zeekr 7X has garnered significant interest and demand since its debut, with over 6,000 locked-in orders in the first 24 hours after launch. Within the first 10 days of deliveries commencing, more than 5,000 units were already on the roads. As of October 7, firm orders for the Zeekr 7X had exceeded 20,000 units, with deliveries expected to exceed 10,000 units in the first full delivery month.

Offered in three variants in China, the Zeekr 7X boasts starting prices of RMB 229,900 ($32,350), RMB 249,900, and RMB 269,900, respectively. The model has quickly gained popularity among family users, with 74% of early owners being families who prioritize safety. Additionally, 68.3% of owners are new parents, and 74.9% are individuals who rely on daily commuting.

Zeekr, founded in 2021, has a diverse lineup of models catering to different market segments. In addition to the Zeekr 7X, the company offers the Zeekr 001, Zeekr 007, Zeekr 009, Zeekr X, and other models. The Zeekr 007 electric sedan, launched in December 2023, marked Zeekr’s entry into the mainstream EV market.

In September alone, Zeekr delivered an impressive 21,333 vehicles, reflecting a 76.99% year-on-year increase and an 18.42% month-on-month increase. Year-to-date, Zeekr has delivered a total of 142,873 vehicles, representing an 80.79% growth compared to the previous year.
