The successful mass production of BAS is a remarkable achievement for BIBO, adding to the company’s successful delivery of its intelligent braking product line. This accomplishment brings BIBO closer to achieving a comprehensive product lineup covering braking, suspension, and steering systems. The BAS production line boasts an impressive automation rate exceeding 90% and has an annual capacity of 500,000 sets.

The BAS is an advanced, closed-system intelligent air supply module that combines a compressor, gas distribution valve, and ECU controller. Its compact and lightweight design simplifies installation and reduces maintenance requirements. The closed-system design ensures system stability by minimizing external air interaction, regardless of atmospheric changes. Additionally, the BAS’s compressor operates efficiently at low heat levels with short working intervals, providing effective cooling and enhanced durability.
