The Aston Martin Valhalla boasts a unique suspension system, featuring pushrod suspension at the front and a multi-link set-up at the rear. This innovative design includes dampers and springs mounted inboard to reduce unsprung mass, resulting in improved handling and performance. In Track mode, the suspension is stiffened and lowered dramatically, enhancing the car’s performance on the track. Additionally, the suspension can be raised at low speeds to navigate obstacles like speed bumps with ease.

The design of the Valhalla focuses on enhancing downforce through subtle bodywork elements, allowing Aston Martin’s designers more freedom in shaping the overall silhouette. Unlike its predecessor, the Valkyrie, the Valhalla sports a cleaner and more road-focused design with less dramatic wings, intakes, and outlets. The car retains signature features such as the roof scoop, forward-hinged dihedral doors, and one-piece rear wing, but the front, rear, and side have been extensively redesigned for a more mainstream appeal.

The front of the Valhalla showcases a wraparound grille below larger matrix LED headlights, while the rear diffuser has been modified for production. The side profile features angular side skirts, sharper side vents, and wing mirrors for improved aerodynamics. The production-spec wheels are 20 inches in diameter at the front and 21 inches at the rear, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires for optimal grip and performance.

Inside the Valhalla, the cockpit design is driver-focused, with clear and simple ergonomics. The squared steering wheel, similar to the Valkyrie’s, enhances the driving experience, while a pair of screens display gauges and infotainment information. The cabin is more spacious and refined than its sibling, featuring amenities like an infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone air conditioning, a rear-view camera, and advanced driver aids for added convenience and comfort.

Chief creative officer Marek Reichman emphasized the evolution of the Valhalla’s design from the Valkyrie, maintaining the legacy while creating a more mature and fully resolved aesthetic. The Valhalla represents a new chapter in Aston Martin’s design language, blending performance and luxury seamlessly in a production-ready supercar.
