Li Auto, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, achieved a major milestone today as it reached its 500,000th delivery in 2024 at 18:18 Beijing Time. This accomplishment signifies a significant achievement for the company, which has delivered approximately 58,000 vehicles this month alone.

The company is poised to close out 2024 with over 500,000 full-year deliveries, marking a record-breaking year for Li Auto. A real-time countdown on Weibo showcased the gradual progression towards the 500,000-unit milestone, culminating in the achievement at 18:18 Beijing Time.

As of now, Li Auto has successfully delivered a total of 58,005 vehicles in December, with the number continuing to rise. The company had previously forecasted fourth-quarter vehicle deliveries between 160,000 and 170,000 units, indicating a year-on-year growth of 21.4% to 29.0%. This projection surpasses the 152,831 vehicles delivered in the third quarter.

To meet its delivery guidance, Li Auto needs to deliver at least 59,817 vehicles in December. The company, along with its industry peers, is expected to announce their December delivery figures shortly.

In addition to its delivery milestones, Li Auto also reported 13,400 insurance registrations last week, reflecting a slight decrease of 3.60% from the previous week. This data underscores the company’s continued growth and market presence in the electric vehicle sector.

Overall, Li Auto’s achievement of reaching 500,000 deliveries in 2024 highlights its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. As the company looks towards the future, it remains a key player in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market.
