Xpeng’s G7 SUV, which has recently been revealed in a regulatory filing, is set to make waves in the electric vehicle market. The G7 is available in two model numbers, NHQ6490BEVMA and NHQ6490BEVMB, both manufactured at Xpeng’s factories in Guangzhou and Zhaoqing, Guangdong province. With a weight ranging from 2,085 kg to 2,160 kg, the G7 is powered by a single electric motor with a peak power of 218 kW and features lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries from CALB.
The all-electric G7 supports a top speed of 202 kilometers per hour and is designed as a five-seater SUV. Xpeng’s vice president, Yu Tao, has described the G7 as a competitive option in the RMB 250,000 ($34,100) price range, highlighting its AI technology and spacious interior.
