Oruid Establishes Automotive Aftermarket Circular Economy Center in Donghai City

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Miracle Oruide (Guangzhou) Auto Parts Remanufacturing Co., Ltd. (Oruid) has recently inked a tripartite cooperation agreement with the People’s Government of Taolin town, Donghai county, and Jiangsu Green Donghai Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. This collaboration signifies the launch of Oruid’s inaugural China-based automotive aftermarket circular economy center in Taolin town, as announced in a press release by Miracle Automation on February 17 via its WeChat account.

The strategic collaboration will leverage Taolin’s resources, Oruid’s remanufacturing technology, offline production capabilities, and online platform resources to enhance the remanufacturing capacities of automotive core components. The project aims to dismantle and recycle 30,000 vehicles annually while producing 200,000-unit remanufactured parts.

Oruid, a joint venture between Miracle Automation, Stellantis Group, and Jiangsu King Power Technological Co., Ltd., focuses on automotive aftermarket circular economy and green manufacturing. The company specializes in recycling and disassembling end-of-life vehicles and remanufacturing automotive core components, including engines and transmissions, to promote resource efficiency in the automotive aftermarket.

With production bases in Ningbo, Guangzhou, and Yangzhou cities, Oruid processes over 20,000 end-of-life vehicles and 50,000 engine units annually. The company has a robust sales network encompassing major outlets in China and overseas markets in the Middle East, South America, and Africa.

The new facility, guided by the “green smart manufacturing” philosophy, aims to capitalize on the town’s strategic location and industrial cluster to establish an integrated circular industry hub. This hub will facilitate efficient vehicle disassembly, intelligent remanufacturing of core components, and high-value resource recycling.
