Xpeng to Launch 2025 G6 and G9 SUV Models at Spring Event

Xpeng, a leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, is set to officially unveil the updated versions of its G6 and G9 SUV models at its upcoming spring event on March 13. The company has been teasing the new models for a while now, and fans are eagerly awaiting the official launch.

The updated G6 is designed for the global market and will be available in both left- and right-hand drive versions. Xpeng has made significant improvements to the G6, including a powerful smart driving system and an excellent electrical system. The company’s chairman and CEO, He Xiaopeng, expressed his excitement about the new features on Weibo, emphasizing that the G6 has been optimized to meet the standards of an all-new SUV.

On the other hand, the updated G9 will be built on an 800-volt high-voltage system with Turing AI smart driving and an AI chassis. Xpeng is confident that the G9 will offer a superior driving experience with 66 new features that enhance its performance and functionality.

The Xpeng G6 was first launched in China in 2023 and played a crucial role in boosting the company’s sales. The SUV received positive feedback for its design and performance, leading to a significant increase in demand. The G6 is currently priced between RMB 199,900 and RMB 276,900 in China, making it a competitive option in the market.

Xpeng unveiled the 2025 G6 earlier this year, showcasing 81 new features and upgrades to the exterior, interior, and configurations. The company has been accepting pre-orders for the G6 without revealing the pricing details, generating excitement among consumers.
