Audi, in collaboration with Storm Reply, has unveiled a groundbreaking AI-powered digital assistant called Devbot to transform its cloud management operations.

This cutting-edge tool, powered by Agentic AI technologies, is designed to offer Audi’s Cloud Foundation Services team with automated assistance and personalized recommendations in real-time, streamlining the utilization of cloud infrastructure within the organization.

Devbot sets itself apart from conventional chatbots with its multi-agent architecture, which employs specialized AI agents for different tasks. The digital assistant takes a proactive approach to address security vulnerabilities, suggest Infrastructure-as-Code components, and provide actionable insights to optimize cloud efficiency.

By reducing repetitive and manual tasks, these features enable the German automotive manufacturer to focus on developing robust cloud strategies. Storm Reply has leveraged advanced AWS Cloud solutions to develop Devbot, ensuring the use of the latest technologies in its creation.

Devbot utilizes the large language model (LLM) Claude for natural language interactions and a unique retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) process to deliver accurate and up-to-date responses. Stringent access controls are in place to safeguard sensitive data, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access the system.

The deployment of Devbot is expected to enhance support across departments by offering faster and more personalized assistance to Audi’s Cloud Foundation Services team. Storm Reply specializes in designing and implementing Cloud solutions, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services, helping major companies globally in adopting Cloud systems and applications.

In a related development, Volkswagen Group recently commenced the local assembly of the Audi Q7, a luxury seven-seater mild-hybrid SUV, in Malaysia’s Pekan, Pahang state. This move aims to expand Volkswagen’s presence in South-east Asia and is taking place at a DRB-Hicom-owned plant.

As the automotive industry continues to innovate and adapt to changing trends, Audi’s collaboration with Storm Reply and the development of Devbot signify a significant step towards leveraging AI technology for enhanced cloud management capabilities. This initiative showcases Audi’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in the automotive sector.
