Visinex Technology Secures Nearly 100 Million Yuan in New Funding Round

Chinese intelligent SoC design company, Visinex Technology, recently announced the successful closure of a new financing round, raising nearly 100 million yuan. This round was led by prominent investment firms including Shenzhen Capital Group, Sunic Capital, and Future Capital, highlighting the company’s potential for growth and innovation in the industry. The funds raised will primarily be allocated towards the research and development of core products and future market expansion initiatives.

Founded in 2020, Visinex Technology has positioned itself as a leading player in the R&D and innovation of high-end intelligent SoC solutions. The company has established a strategic framework for its business operations, focusing on a “1+2+N” approach. This framework includes a “Vision + AI” technology platform featuring key technologies such as the Visinex Yaoguang ISP, Visinex Tianquan NPU, and Visinex Xingtu ToolChain. Additionally, the company has developed two product directions: the Visinex Haishan@ for smart vision and the WeiJing Yuxing@ for intelligent driving, supporting various device-side application scenarios and product forms.

One of Visinex Technology’s flagship products is the Yuxing@ series, targeting the automotive sector with a focus on the Level 2+ integrated driving and parking system market. The series includes products such as the VS919H, VS919, VS919L, and VS909, each catering to different aspects of driving and parking domain control applications. These products offer advanced driver-assistance functions such as active safety, highway NOA, and HPA, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovation and technological advancement in the automotive industry.

Visinex Technology has already secured POC projects from two top-tier Chinese OEMs, with plans for vehicle installation to commence by the end of 2025. This milestone underscores the company’s ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of the automotive market.
