Dongfeng Nissan launches PUMAS production management system at Zhengzhou plant

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Dongfeng Nissan’s Manufacturing Headquarters, Information Systems Headquarters, and Shenzhen Lan-you Technology Co., Ltd. recently collaborated to launch the PUMAS production management system at the Zhengzhou plant. This system is a revamped version of Nissan’s CATS production management system, tailored to meet new business requirements. The project involved over 260 team members and took more than 240 days to complete, with an expected annual benefit of 5.6 million yuan.

The implementation of the PUMAS system at the Zhengzhou plant signifies a significant advancement in intelligent manufacturing for Dongfeng Nissan. This collaboration with Lanyou Technology highlights the company’s commitment to digitalization and smart manufacturing. The project team meticulously prepared for the system transition, ensuring a seamless shift and conducting real-world validation to guarantee operational efficiency.
