Expanding beyond passenger vehicles, EVE Energy is making strides in electrifying commercial vehicle segments. Its batteries are utilized in buses, logistics vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and construction machinery for clients like Farizon, Dongfeng Motor, and Foton Motor.
In 2024, EVE Energy updated its prospectus for a public offering of convertible corporate bonds. The company plans to issue up to 5 billion yuan in convertible bonds to support battery production expansion, with a focus on a 23GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate energy storage and power battery project, as well as a 21GWh large cylindrical power battery project for passenger vehicles.
