The new pouch CTP integrated battery boasts high capacity and power, utilizing lithium iron phosphate cells with an impressive energy density of 190Wh/kg. With ultra-high discharge rates exceeding 10C, it delivers robust power output for electric vehicles.

Emphasizing safety, the battery cells pass rigorous puncture tests without combustion or smoke emission. A quadruple insulation protection system, incorporating new composite materials, enhances heat dissipation and insulation. The battery’s directional venting system swiftly relieves pressure and lowers temperature, ensuring safety in extreme conditions.

Efficiency is a key focus, with the battery achieving a group efficiency of 74%. Through optimized design, module materials are reduced by 50%, enhancing manufacturing efficiency by 30%. The lightweight yet durable design offers flexibility for vehicle integration, ideal for off-road and camping scenarios.

Temperature control is optimized with Ganfeng LiEnergy’s direct cooling technology, ensuring rapid and efficient cooling. Compatible with both 500V and 800V high-voltage platforms, the battery streamlines development and testing processes while providing precision and stability.

Ganfeng Lithium’s foray into high-energy-density solid-state batteries further demonstrates its commitment to innovation. With an energy density of 420Wh/kg and a cycle life exceeding 700 times, these batteries are paving the way for sustainable energy solutions. The company’s solid-state battery manufacturing facility in China underscores its dedication to cutting-edge technology.
