Farizon, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has recently introduced two new variants of its SV large van: a large-capacity taxi and a multi-passenger Combi. These new variants were showcased at the Hong Kong Auto Expo and are currently available exclusively in the Chinese market. The unveiling of these variants demonstrates the versatility of Farizon’s GXA-M platform, which serves as the foundation for the SV models.

One of the highlights of the launch is the introduction of the Farizon SV taxi, designed to cater to the needs of the transportation industry. The first customer for this model, Big Bee taxi based in Hong Kong, has already placed an order for 1,000 units. The seven-seat taxi offers ample space for passengers, luggage, and ensures a comfortable ride experience.

In addition to the SV taxi, Farizon also introduced the SV Combi, targeting fleets and operators requiring both passenger transportation and cargo carrying capabilities. The Combi can be configured with five or six seats and offers generous cargo space in both L1 and L2 variants. The ultra-low platform height and hidden B-pillar design contribute to a user-friendly experience for passengers.

Both the SV taxi and Combi leverage Farizon’s GXA-M platform, which incorporates innovative Cell-to-Pack (CTP-S) battery technology. This technology directly connects individual battery cells to the battery pack, enhancing body rigidity by 20% compared to conventional battery module configurations. The result is improved performance and efficiency, with a range of up to 370km for the taxi and 319km for the Combi. Additionally, a 20%-80% charge can be achieved in just 30 minutes.

While these models are currently exclusive to the Chinese market, Farizon has expressed its intention to explore opportunities for global expansion as it continues to introduce the SV panel van in export markets worldwide. The company remains committed to innovation and sustainability, aiming to make a positive impact on the electric vehicle industry.

In conclusion, Farizon’s new SV taxi and Combi variants showcase the company’s dedication to providing versatile and efficient electric vehicles. With cutting-edge technology and a focus on customer comfort and usability, Farizon is poised to make a significant impact in the transportation sector. Stay tuned for further updates on Farizon’s expansion plans and upcoming developments in the electric vehicle market.
