Hercules Tires has recently made a bold entrance into the rugged terrain market with the launch of the TIS RT1 tire. This new tire is designed to bridge the gap between all-terrain and mud-terrain performance, catering to light trucks, SUVs, and crossovers. The TIS RT1 promises to deliver off-road performance while maintaining on-road comfort, making it a versatile option for adventure seekers who require a reliable solution for both rugged trails and smooth highways.

Developed in collaboration with TIS Offroad, the TIS RT1 features an optimised tread and siping that is specifically designed to absorb vibrations and reduce noise, ensuring a quiet and comfortable ride across various terrains. The tire also boasts a dual buttress design and bolstered sidewalls for enhanced durability and a customisable appearance. Additionally, the scalloped shoulder lugs and open shoulder grooves provide claw-like traction and efficient mud expulsion.

With a 55,000-mile warranty, the TIS RT1 has already garnered positive feedback from Hercules Tires dealers who were invited to test the tire in Moab, Utah. Steven Liu, Vice President of Product Development at American Tire Distributors, expressed confidence in the product, stating that the TIS RT1 by Hercules is a game-changer that offers versatility and profitability for customers.

The TIS RT1 tire will be available in 41 sizes, ranging from 16-inch to 22-inch rim diameters, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of vehicles such as the Ford F-150, Jeep Wrangler, Toyota Tacoma, and Chevrolet Silverado. Myles Kovacs, President and Founder of TIS, emphasized the tire’s style and capability, designed for drivers who demand both performance and aesthetics on and off the road.

This collaboration marks the third partnership between Hercules Tires and TIS, with both companies excited about the potential of the TIS RT1 tire. The aggressive, high-performance, rugged terrain tire complements TIS’s off-road wheel lineup perfectly, offering drivers a winning combination of style and functionality.

In conclusion, the TIS RT1 tire by Hercules Tires is set to make a significant impact in the rugged terrain market, providing drivers with a reliable and versatile option for all types of driving conditions. With its impressive performance capabilities, competitive price point, and extensive size range, the TIS RT1 is poised to become a top choice for adventure enthusiasts and off-road enthusiasts alike.
