Heybike, a prominent electric bike manufacturer in the US and European markets, recently unveiled its latest offering – the Galaxy Series. This new line of e-bikes consists of five distinct models, each catering to different types of riders and purposes. Whether you’re looking for a bike for long-distance touring, urban commuting, compact city rides, mountain trails, or serious cargo-hauling adventures, Heybike has you covered with the Galaxy T, C, K, M, and X.

What sets the Galaxy series apart is Heybike’s self-developed Galaxy eDrive System, which includes integrated LCD displays, torque-heavy mid-drive motors, and 500 Wh removable batteries. The Galaxy T, M, and X models are equipped with the Venus Plus mid-drive motor, providing up to 100 Nm of torque, while the Galaxy C and K models offer 80 Nm of torque for a zippier city ride.

In terms of components, Heybike has gone above and beyond, using high-quality parts like Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, Schwalbe tires, SR Suntour front suspension forks (on selected models), and VELO handlebars. The Galaxy X, designed for cargo hauling, boasts a 150 kg carrying capacity and a fully integrated rear rack with the MIK Click Go system for easy attachment of accessories.

Design-wise, the Galaxy series stands out with its sleek lines, integrated rear turn signals, and unique hexagonal frame design. The Galaxy T and K models have even received prestigious design awards for their innovative aesthetics.

Heybike’s commitment to sustainability is evident in the eco-friendly packaging of the Galaxy series, which doubles as DIY crafting kits. Each bike comes in recyclable boxes that can be repurposed to build animals or decorations, adding a fun and quirky touch to the ownership experience.

With prices ranging from €2,099 to €2,399, the Galaxy series is targeted at the European market and offers a range of options for different budgets and preferences. With over 200,000 riders worldwide in just four years, Heybike is quickly establishing itself as a leading name in the e-bike industry. The Galaxy Series represents a significant leap forward in design, performance, and overall ambition for the brand, positioning Heybike as a top contender in the e-bike market.
