Hyundai Motor Company is gearing up to unveil its latest electric sports sedan, the IONIQ 6 N, at the upcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK on 10 July 2025. This next-generation vehicle is set to build upon the success of its predecessor, the IONIQ 5 N, by introducing advanced “N e-shift technology” across all drive modes.

One of the standout features of the IONIQ 6 N is its fully redesigned suspension geometry, which takes advantage of its low ride height. With a lowered roll center and an enlarged caster trail, the vehicle promises enhanced steering feedback. Additionally, the new electronically controlled stroke sensing (ECS) dampers have been engineered to strike a balance between comfort and response.

For those who enjoy pushing the limits, the enhanced N Drift Optimizer offers a wider range of customization options for drift control, catering to the driver’s skill level. The body of the IONIQ 6 N boasts flared fenders, lightweight wheels, and a swan-neck rear spoiler, all of which highlight the vehicle’s dynamic capabilities.

The public unveiling of the IONIQ 6 N at the Goodwood Festival of Speed will be part of a larger presentation showcasing Hyundai N brand’s performance vehicles in a dedicated booth. Joon Park, head of N Management Group, expressed excitement about the upcoming launch, stating, “The IONIQ 6 N has been developed to provide the most engaging driving experience possible in an EV. Hyundai N will once again disrupt the EV segment, not with headline-grabbing numbers, but by demonstrating how fun an electric car driving experience can be.”

In addition to the IONIQ 6 N debut, nominations are currently open for the prestigious Just Auto Excellence Awards, which celebrate innovation, leadership, and impact within the industry. This is a unique opportunity for companies to showcase their achievements, highlight industry advancements, and gain global recognition.
