MAEXTRO Super Factory Inaugurated by JAC Group and Huawei in Anhui Province

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 16, JAC Group and Huawei celebrated the inauguration of the MAEXTRO Super Factory in Hefei, Anhui Province. The facility is a world-class intelligent manufacturing hub integrating digital R&D, green low-carbon production, and brand service experiences.

The MAEXTRO Super Factory, once fully operational, is expected to achieve an annual output value exceeding 100 billion yuan, according to JAC Group.

This state-of-the-art factory was established to ensure the high-quality production of vehicle models like the MAEXTRO S800, which made its debut on November 26. The MAEXTRO S800, priced between 1 million yuan and 1.5 million yuan, opened for pre-orders on the same day.

With the help of nearly 1,500 intelligent robots, the factory automates crucial processes such as welding, painting, and adhesive application. Through a digital foundation of “one cloud, one network, one platform,” it employs a Customer-to-Manufacturer (C2M) model to facilitate personalized product configurations and agile manufacturing.

The MAEXTRO Super Factory is also at the forefront of green manufacturing, incorporating a carbon footprint management system and energy-efficient technologies. It stands as one of Anhui province’s first zero-carbon industrial parks. With the utilization of advanced AI applications, 86 inspection gates, and over 25,000 quality checkpoints for real-time, traceable monitoring throughout the production process, the factory ensures superior quality control.
