Introducing LiangDao Intelligence’s Gen2 Mini Pure Solid-State LiDAR

Chinese LiDAR sensor provider LiangDao Intelligence has recently unveiled its newest innovation, the Gen2 Mini pure solid-state LiDAR, to the global market. This cutting-edge technology offers advanced spatial perception capabilities in a compact and lightweight design, making it ideal for a variety of applications.

With dimensions smaller than a credit card and weighing only 198 grams, the Gen2 Mini is perfect for use in drones, mobile robots, and smart security systems. Its ultra-wide field of view and maximum detection range of 150 meters enable early risk detection in complex scenarios, while the high-resolution beam array generates clear and precise point cloud models for analysis and decision-making.

LiangDao Intelligence’s commitment to in-house R&D and collaboration with Chinese suppliers ensures long-term product control. The company’s intelligent manufacturing center is now in full production, with an annual capacity expected to reach 100,000 units by 2024.

Applications Across Various Industries

In the smart security field, the Gen2 Mini’s 192-line beam array captures 3D scene information, providing detailed insights and eliminating blind spots for safety risks. In the drone sector, its lightweight design and high performance make it essential for obstacle avoidance, enabling precise navigation and operational quality enhancements.

LiangDao Intelligence focuses on high-precision perception technologies for autonomous driving and smart city scenarios. The company’s automotive-grade short-range LiDAR and Flash LiDAR solutions offer tailored hardware designs and development services, along with AI perception algorithms compatible with mainstream computing platforms.

Global Deployment and Clientele

LiangDao Intelligence’s solid-state LiDAR products have been deployed in unmanned logistics, mapping, security, and smart testing fields, serving clients like Go Further.AI and Baidu. The company’s integrated LiDAR solutions have also been applied in smart city projects across more than ten cities in Europe.
