Heading the UK operations is Nyanya Joof, the regional vice president who will be responsible for the company’s regional strategy, hiring, and go-to-market execution. Motive’s AI-powered platform is expected to offer a range of benefits to UK businesses, including worker protection, safety improvements, and morale boosting.
One of the key solutions offered by Motive is the “Driver Safety” solution, which utilizes AI to identify risky behaviors like mobile phone use and halt sign violations in order to prevent accidents. The company’s “Fleet Management” solution is designed to help businesses minimize insurance premiums, lower maintenance costs, and improve fuel efficiency.
Moreover, Motive’s “Workforce Management” solution automates manual tasks such as payroll, scheduling, training time tracking, and documentation. In July 2025, Motive secured $150 million in funding led by Kleiner Perkins and supported by current investors as well as new investor AllianceBernstein. This funding will facilitate the company’s growth, enabling the expansion of its AI capabilities and international scaling.
