Nio, the Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker, is gearing up to celebrate its 10th anniversary on November 25, followed by the much-anticipated Nio Day 2024 on December 21 in Guangzhou. The theme for both events is set as “Together & Further,” symbolizing the company’s journey towards a sustainable and better future.

Since its inception a decade ago, Nio has made significant strides in the EV industry, serving over 600,000 users worldwide with its innovative technologies, products, and business models. As preparations for Nio Day 2024 are underway, the company remains tight-lipped about the specifics of the event.

However, exciting news has surfaced about the unveiling of Nio’s third brand, codenamed Firefly, at Nio Day 2024. The Firefly models will be showcased and sold at Nio’s showrooms, sharing the service and battery swap system of the main brand. Reports suggest that Firefly will feature an extended-range hybrid powertrain and is expected to hit the market in 2026.

Nio Day holds great significance for the company, as it serves as a platform for launching new models and technologies. The previous Nio Day events have seen the introduction of groundbreaking products like the ES8 and the ET9 executive flagship sedan. With the upcoming Nio Day 2024 set to take place in Guangzhou, expectations are running high for what surprises Nio has in store for its loyal customers and enthusiasts.

As Nio continues to push boundaries and innovate in the EV space, the company’s commitment to a greener future and sustainable mobility remains unwavering. Stay tuned for more updates on Nio Day 2024 and the exciting developments from this pioneering EV manufacturer.
