Nissan Motor Achieves Strong Sales Performance in China with 61,170 Vehicles Sold in October 2024

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Nissan Motor recently released its sales figures for October 2024, showcasing a total of 61,170 vehicles sold in China across both its passenger and light commercial vehicle segments.

From January to October 2024, Nissan Motor’s cumulative sales in China reached an impressive 558,168 vehicles.

In October, Dongfeng Nissan, encompassing the Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands, achieved monthly sales of 57,323 vehicles. Additionally, Nissan’s light commercial vehicle division, Zhengzhou Nissan, contributed 3,847 vehicles to the total sales figure.

The Nissan brand itself saw robust sales performance in October, with 53,020 vehicles sold across China, particularly excelling in the sedan and SUV categories.

The flagship Altima sedan witnessed a notable 49.1% month-on-month surge in sales, reaching 7,709 vehicles in October and significantly boosting Nissan’s sedan segment performance for the month.

The popular Sylphy series continued to maintain a strong market position in China, with 31,942 vehicles sold in October and a cumulative sales figure of 272,146 vehicles in the first ten months of the year.

Within the SUV segment, the Qashqai series demonstrated a 5.2% year-on-year growth in year-to-date sales volume, reaching 89,911 vehicles.
