Mercedes-Benz Teases Electric C-Class with 500-Mile Range
Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the first image of the upcoming electric C-Class, set to launch next year with an impressive maximum range of 500 miles. This announcement was made during the debut of the new Mercedes-Benz GLC EQ at the Munich motor show, where both vehicles share the same platform and powertrains.
Directly competing with BMW’s electric 3 Series, the C-Class EV is expected to offer similar specifications and performance. The teaser image of the electric C-Class reveals a unique design featuring the ‘Iconic Grille’ with four slats and illuminated details using hundreds of LEDs, similar to the GLC model.

Built on Mercedes’ new MB.EA electric platform, the C-Class is anticipated to offer an impressive range of 497 miles, surpassing most electric vehicles in the market.
Powering the C-Class will be a 94kWh battery pack, similar to the one used in the GLC model, capable of fast charging speeds up to 330kW. With the potential for multiple power outputs, the C-Class is expected to cater to a wide range of customers seeking electric luxury vehicles.
With its sleek design and cutting-edge technology, the electric C-Class is poised to be a game-changer in the electric vehicle market, offering customers a compelling alternative to traditional combustion engines.
