Chinese customers who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Onvo L60 will be pleased to hear that the estimated delivery wait time has been reduced to 8-10 weeks, down from the previous 10-14 weeks. This news comes as a welcome update for those who have placed orders for this highly anticipated model from Nio’s Onvo sub-brand.

The Onvo L60, which was launched on September 19, has been a popular choice among Chinese consumers since its debut. With a starting price of RMB 206,900 ($28,570) including the battery, this electric vehicle offers customers the choice between single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive versions, with 60-kWh and 85-kWh options for battery pack capacity.

Deliveries of the Onvo L60 have been steadily increasing, with 832 units delivered in September and 4,319 units in October, according to figures previously announced by Nio. The model also supports battery swap technology, allowing for seamless and convenient recharging options for owners.

In a recent announcement, Onvo President Alan Ai expressed confidence in the brand’s ability to deliver more than 10,000 units in a single month by December of this year. To support this ambitious goal, Onvo has been expanding its network of battery swap stations, with a cumulative total of 764 stations in China currently supporting the Onvo L60.

Furthermore, Onvo has announced plans to increase the number of available battery swap stations to over 1,000 by December 31, with a goal of reaching 2,000 stations by April 2025. This expansion will ensure that Onvo customers have access to a reliable and efficient charging infrastructure to support their electric vehicles.

With Nio Inc. currently boasting a total of 2,742 battery swap stations in China, including 902 located along highways, the future looks bright for Onvo and its growing customer base. As the demand for electric vehicles continues to rise, Onvo is well-positioned to meet the needs of Chinese consumers with its innovative technology and commitment to sustainable transportation.

Overall, the reduced delivery wait time for the Onvo L60 is a positive development for Chinese customers, signaling the brand’s dedication to providing timely and efficient service to its loyal fan base. As Onvo continues to expand and innovate in the electric vehicle market, customers can look forward to a bright future with this exciting new brand.
