Since the introduction of the GL8 PHEV in April this year, over 30,000 units have been sold. The vehicle offers impressive dimensions and space efficiency, powered by Buick’s latest PHEV technology with a range of over 1,000 kilometers in real tests. Luxury features such as Nappa leather interiors, a refrigerated island console, and a 15.6-inch rear smart screen provide passengers with an opulent experience.
Buick has introduced the “Eight Golden Standards” for MPVs, addressing common concerns and pain points raised by users. These standards focus on smooth rides, comprehensive safety, consistent performance, ergonomic seat tests, accessible third-row seating, luxurious experience, high residual value, and decades of production expertise in the luxury MPV segment.
Furthermore, Buick unveiled its OMPV (Organic Mobile Private Villa) concept MPV at the event, showcasing a futuristic vision for the evolution of MPVs. With organic aesthetics, dynamic design elements, and hybrid powertrain options, the OMPV represents the next generation of MPVs in the market.
