SAIC-GM-Wuling Unveils Detailed Features of Hongguang MINIEV’s Four-Door Edition

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) recently shared more information about the upcoming four-door edition of the Hongguang MINIEV, offering improved accessibility for rear passengers compared to the existing two-door model.

Hongguang MINIEV’s four-door edition measures 3,256mm in length, 1,510mm in width, and 1,578mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,190mm. It boasts a minimum turning radius of 4.5 meters and a rear cargo capacity of 123L, expandable to 745L with the rear seats folded. The vehicle also offers 19 storage compartments.

The four-door edition comes in three body color options: green, blue, and coffee.

The interior of the Hongguang MINIEV’s four-door edition features a “cute and romantic” design language, with amenities such as an electronic parking brake, an 8-inch floating central touchscreen, a 7-inch color liquid crystal instrument panel, a backup camera, and rear parking sensors. The vehicle also supports seamless entry/locking, ignition, and remote functions via a mobile app.

Safety features include airbags for both driver and passenger seats, as well as an electronic stability control (ESC) system.

The Hongguang MINIEV’s four-door edition is powered by a 30kW three-in-one electric drive system, offering a range of 205km. It supports DC fast charging, AC slow charging, and portable household charging, with the ability to charge from 30% to 80% capacity in just 35 minutes. The vehicle features SGMW’s Shenlian battery with fire-resistant technology for safety and efficiency.
