General Motors has recently announced a new deal on their top-selling electric SUV, the 2025 Chevy Equinox EV. This electric vehicle is now available for lease starting at just $289 per month, making it even cheaper to lease than the gas-powered version of the SUV.

The offer includes a 24-month lease on the 2025 Chevy Equinox EV 2WD LT model, with a down payment of $3,399 due at signing. Despite being an entry-level model, the Equinox EV FWD LT offers an impressive range of up to 319 miles and comes equipped with over 15 standard driver assistance and safety features.

The interior of the Equinox EV boasts a 17.7″ center infotainment screen, which GM claims is the largest in its class, as well as an 11″ driver display. Additionally, the vehicle offers ample cargo space with up to 57.2 cubic feet.

With over 10,300 models sold, the electric Chevy Equinox has been GM’s best-selling EV in the first quarter of the year. Alongside other electric models like the Blazer and Silverado, the Equinox EV has contributed to Chevy’s position as the fastest-growing electric vehicle brand in the US.

The current deal on the Equinox EV is available for those who take delivery by June 2, 2025, and is based on the 2025 Chevy Equinox EV FWD LT trim with an MSRP of $34,995. Monthly payments total $6,936, with the option to purchase the vehicle once the lease is up, the purchase amount to be determined at the lease signing.

Other deals for the 2025 Chevy Equinox include a 1.4% APR for 36 months and a $7,500 federal EV tax credit. For those interested in the 2024 model year, GM is offering 0% APR for 60 months.
