Hyundai has officially unveiled its first three-row electric SUV, the IONIQ 9, and it has exceeded all expectations. The spacious interior, impressive range of up to 335 miles, and advanced technology make it a standout in the electric vehicle market. The IONIQ 9 is set to redefine the electric SUV experience for drivers and passengers alike.

The IONIQ 9 showcases Hyundai’s commitment to providing a spacious and comfortable driving experience. With an interior cargo space of up to 2,462 liters (87 cubic feet) when the second and third-row seats are folded, the IONIQ 9 offers more space than competitors like the Ford Explorer. Even with all seats upright, there is still ample cargo capacity at 620 liters.

In addition to its spacious interior, the IONIQ 9 is equipped with Hyundai’s most advanced software and connectivity technology. The infotainment system includes a curved panoramic display with dual 12″ driver display and infotainment screens, providing a seamless and immersive driving experience.

Hyundai has also announced pricing details for the 2026 IONIQ 9 models. The base RWD S model starts at $60,555, while the AWD SE model with 303 horsepower and 320 miles of range is priced at $64,365. The range-topping IONIQ 9 AWD Performance Calligraphy Design trim, featuring added Matte paint, 21″ wheels, and 311 miles of driving range, starts at $78,090.

Charging the IONIQ 9 is convenient and fast, thanks to its native NACS port for accessing Tesla Superchargers. With a 350 kW DC fast charger, the IONIQ 9 can charge from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes. As an added bonus, Hyundai is offering a free ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 charger with the purchase or lease of a new 2026 IONIQ 9 or 2025 IONIQ 5.

While waiting for the arrival of the IONIQ 9, customers can explore the smaller IONIQ 5, which is currently available for purchase or lease. With leases starting at just $209 per month, the IONIQ 5 offers a compelling electric vehicle option. Interested buyers can find Hyundai IONIQ 5 models at a dealer near them today.

Overall, the Hyundai IONIQ 9 is a game-changer in the electric SUV market, offering a spacious interior, impressive range, and advanced technology features. With its arrival, Hyundai is setting a new standard for electric vehicles and providing customers with an exceptional driving experience.
