The upcoming Xiaomi SU7 Ultra has garnered significant attention after leaked images of a prototype surfaced online. This marks the first time that the public has had a glimpse of the physical prototype, with Xiaomi officials hinting at an official unveiling in 2025. The SU7 Ultra prototype has been put through rigorous testing at the renowned Nürburgring track and is set to make its debut in October, potentially followed by a public display in China.

The real-world images of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype reveal a striking design tailored for enhanced track performance. The rear of the vehicle boasts a dramatic rear spoiler and an extended diffuser, along with wide track tires and widened wheel arches. Adorned with lightning graphics and an “Ultra” badge, the exterior exudes a sporty and aggressive appeal. Noteworthy features such as large front and lower door spoilers contribute to the car’s low-slung stance, while the interior is expected to house a roll cage and weight-reducing elements.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype boasts an all-carbon fiber construction, resulting in a lightweight 1900kg vehicle. Powering this beast is a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system comprising two V8s and one V6, delivering an impressive 1548 horsepower. Equipped with a high-efficiency racing battery pack, the vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.97 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 5.96 seconds, and 0 to 300 km/h in 15.07 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 350 km/h. The race car also features a track-specific braking system with AP brake calipers and racing brake discs, enabling it to stop from 100 km/h to 0 in just 25 meters.
