Xiaomi’s SU7 electric sedan continues to break records in terms of deliveries, with more than 20,000 units being delivered in February. This marks the fifth consecutive month that the SU7 has seen such high delivery numbers, bringing the total cumulative deliveries to over 180,000 units. The smartphone giant’s car-making arm, Xiaomi EV, announced this news on their official Weibo account.

The SU7 Ultra, a high-performance variant of the SU7, is set to begin deliveries on March 2, with over 15,000 units already ordered. This ultra-performance electric sedan boasts three electric motors capable of delivering an impressive 1,548 Ps of maximum horsepower. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 1.98 seconds, making it one of the fastest four-door production cars in the world.

Xiaomi EV has been experiencing tremendous success with the SU7 lineup, with the standard SU7 model accumulating over 135,000 deliveries in 2024 alone. The SU7 Ultra, which was launched on February 27, has already surpassed 10,000 orders within the first 2 hours of sales, meeting Xiaomi’s sales target for the year.

The excitement surrounding the SU7 Ultra is evident, with the number of orders exceeding 15,000 units as of late last night. Deliveries of this ultra-performance sedan are scheduled to begin on March 2 at 10 am Beijing time. Xiaomi will also be showcasing the SU7 Ultra at the MWC 2025 event in Barcelona, Spain on March 3.

In addition to the SU7 models, Xiaomi is also gearing up to launch the YU7 electric SUV in the coming months. With such a strong lineup of electric vehicles, Xiaomi is making a significant impact in the electric vehicle market.
