XPENG Makes Grand Entrance into Irish and Finnish Markets

XPENG, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, recently made a significant stride into the Irish and Finnish markets with launch events in Dublin and Helsinki. The company unveiled two of its latest models, the XPENG G9 and the XPENG G6, showcasing cutting-edge technology and innovation.

The XPENG G9, built on the Fuyao architecture, boasts an 800V silicon carbide (SiC) platform and a high-performance domain control intelligent chassis. On the other hand, the XPENG G6 features a full-domain 800V SiC architecture, a front-and-rear integrated aluminum die-casting body, and the innovative CIB (Cell Integrated Body) technology.

With a strong focus on providing high-quality green mobility experiences, XPENG plans to deploy the XNGP Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) tailored to meet local regulatory requirements in the Irish and Finnish markets. The company aims to revolutionize the way people commute by offering advanced technology and sustainable solutions.

At the prestigious Brussels Motor Show 2025, XPENG showcased its lineup including the XPENG G6, XPENG G9, and the XPENG P7+, signaling its entry into the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. This expansion marks another milestone in XPENG’s European journey, which began in Norway in 2021.

Having already established a presence in key European markets such as Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Iceland, Spain, and Portugal, XPENG continues to expand its reach. In December 2024, the company celebrated the delivery of its 10,000th vehicle in Ebersberg, Germany, further solidifying its position in the European market.

Looking ahead, XPENG has unveiled an ambitious overseas market expansion plan aimed at entering over 60 countries and regions by the end of 2025. With a strong emphasis on Europe as its core focus, the company aims to have overseas markets contribute half of its total sales within the next decade. This strategic approach underscores XPENG’s commitment to global growth and innovation in the electric vehicle industry.
