Xpeng, a prominent Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, revealed that in January it delivered a total of 30,350 vehicles. While the company did not provide a breakdown of deliveries for each model, data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) shared by local automotive media Yiche shed light on how different Xpeng models performed.

Xpeng’s current lineup includes a range of models, including the Mona M03, P7+, G6, G9, X9, and P7 series. The Mona M03, a sedan model, stood out by delivering 15,225 units in January, marking the fifth consecutive month above the 10,000-unit mark. This sedan, launched in August 2024 with a starting price of RMB 119,800 ($16,400), has been a popular choice among consumers.

The Mona M03 accounted for 50.16 percent of Xpeng’s deliveries in January, followed by the P7+ at 26.73 percent. The P7+ is another sedan model offered by Xpeng, catering to a different segment of the market. The G6 and G9, both SUV models, contributed 14.61 percent and 4.84 percent of deliveries, respectively. The X9, an MPV with a higher starting price of RMB 359,800, delivered 821 units in January, making up 2.71 percent of total deliveries. Additionally, the P7 series contributed 0.95 percent to Xpeng’s January deliveries.

Among the models, the highest-priced X9 performed well, showcasing the diversity in Xpeng’s product portfolio. With a strong focus on innovation and a wide range of offerings, Xpeng continues to attract customers in the competitive electric vehicle market.

Overall, Xpeng’s January deliveries reflect the company’s success in meeting consumer demand and expanding its market presence. As the electric vehicle industry continues to evolve, Xpeng remains a key player, delivering cutting-edge technology and high-quality vehicles to customers worldwide.
