Xpeng, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has had a strong start to the year with impressive delivery numbers in the first quarter of 2025. The company announced that it delivered 94,008 vehicles in the first quarter, surpassing the upper end of its guidance range. This marks a significant increase of 330.81 percent compared to the same period last year.

In the January-April period, Xpeng delivered a total of 129,053 vehicles, showing a remarkable year-on-year growth of 313.45 percent. This strong performance reflects the growing demand for Xpeng’s electric vehicles in the market.

The company is set to report its unaudited financial results for the first quarter on May 21, with an earnings conference call scheduled for the same day. Xpeng’s management is confident about the company’s future growth prospects, with Chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng expressing confidence in doubling deliveries in 2025 compared to the previous year.

Xpeng has been expanding its product lineup, with plans to launch a Max variant for the Mona M03 sedan later this month. Additionally, the company is set to unveil a new electric sedan, codenamed E29, in the coming weeks, further diversifying its sedan offerings.

With a target of delivering around 380,000 vehicles in 2025, Xpeng is poised for continued growth and success in the competitive electric vehicle market. Stay tuned for more updates on Xpeng’s latest developments and achievements.
