Zeekr’s highly anticipated model, the Zeekr 007 GT, is currently undergoing final inspections in Europe and is set to be officially launched and begin deliveries in mid-April. The electric vehicle (EV) maker has revealed that the Zeekr 007 GT will be named the Zeekr 7 GT in overseas markets.
The Zeekr 007 GT recently made its real-life debut, with the company sharing several images of the model to showcase its design and features. The vehicle is currently undergoing final inspections in Europe, the birthplace of shooting brake models, before its official launch in mid-April.
Zeekr first teased the Zeekr 007 GT with renderings back in January, giving a glimpse of what was to come. The model will support 800V ultra-fast charging and boast a CLTC range of up to 825 kilometers. Additionally, the Zeekr 007 GT will feature up to 475 kW of four-wheel drive and advanced smart driving capabilities equipped with LiDAR technology.
The Zeekr 007 GT will join the company’s lineup alongside the Zeekr 001 shooting brake, which has been a successful model for the brand since its launch in 2021. The Zeekr 001’s unconventional design has resonated well with customers, with the model delivering nearly 100,000 units in 2024 alone.
While the Zeekr 007 GT and Zeekr 001 share some design elements, Zeekr aims to target different customer segments with each model. The Zeekr 001 is a luxury shooting brake coupe that emphasizes premium features, while the Zeekr 007 GT focuses more on tech-savvy fashion and cutting-edge technology.
With the impending launch of the Zeekr 007 GT, Zeekr continues to make waves in the EV market with its innovative designs and advanced technology. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new model from Zeekr.
