Zeekr, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled its latest model, the Zeekr 007 GT. This new offering is the company’s second shooting brake-style model, following the success of the Zeekr 001. Scheduled for delivery in China starting on April 20, the Zeekr 007 GT will be known as the Zeekr 7 GT in international markets.

Featuring a sleek and modern design, the Zeekr 007 GT comes in three different variants with prices starting at RMB 202,900 ($27,740). To entice early buyers, Zeekr is offering a special incentive where customers who place an order before May 31 will receive a discount of RMB 8,000 off their final payment.

Based on the Zeekr 007 electric sedan, the Zeekr 007 GT is positioned as a technology-focused shooting brake model. It is slightly smaller than its predecessor, the Zeekr 001, measuring 4,864 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, and 1,460 / 1,445 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,925 mm.

The Zeekr 007 GT is available in both single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The dual-motor variant boasts a combined peak power of 475 kW and peak torque of 710 Nm, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. The vehicle is equipped with lithium ternary batteries from CATL, as well as Zeekr’s own Golden Battery based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry.

One of the key highlights of the Zeekr 007 GT is its impressive range capabilities. The 75 kWh LFP battery offers a range of 650 km, while the 100 kWh NCM battery pack provides a range of 825 km. Additionally, the LFP battery is known for its fast charging speed, capable of charging from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 10.5 minutes.

Built on an 800-volt high-voltage platform and equipped with LiDAR technology, the Zeekr 007 GT showcases Zeekr’s commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology. The company aims to target different customer segments with the Zeekr 001 focusing on luxury and quality tone, while the Zeekr 007 GT emphasizes tech fashion and modernity.

With the success of the Zeekr 001, which saw nearly 100,000 units delivered in 2024, Zeekr is poised to make a significant impact in the electric vehicle market with the introduction of the Zeekr 007 GT. As the company continues to expand its product lineup and push the boundaries of electric vehicle technology, the Zeekr 007 GT is set to make a lasting impression on consumers worldwide.
