The launch event saw Gome Auto Market forging partnership agreements with various automotive-related service brands, such as navigation platforms, e-commerce platforms, and MCN agencies. These collaborations are aimed at fostering resource sharing, co-created IPs, and expanding media networks.
Gome Auto Market adopts a structured retail approach, with stores categorized based on regional levels and functional purposes. Regionally, stores are segmented into flagship stores in Tier 1-2 cities, backbone stores in Tier 3-4 cities, and satellite stores in Tier 5 or smaller cities. Functionally, stores are divided into all-in-one stores offering a range of services, showroom stores focusing on car displays and sales, and top-seller stores catering to popular models in the local market.
The collaboration models between Gome Auto Market and automakers include direct factory sales, profit-sharing arrangements, consignment sales with zero inventory, and pre-order packages.

The brand’s first store and smart vehicle experience center in Beijing’s Xibahe area has already been established, with plans to showcase over 30 new energy vehicle (NEV) brands in the future.
Furthermore, Gome Auto Market is embarking on a pilot project for a comprehensive auto mall in Beijing’s Southwest Fourth Ring area. This ambitious project includes the development of the city’s largest automobile park, aiming to create a holistic automotive industry ecosystem that integrates culture, commerce, technology, and entertainment.
